The Sanguine, Choleric, Melancholy or Phlegmatic ??

Rindu betul nak tulis dalam blogs...tapi giler sibuk ... huhuhuh...
anyway hari tuh i just gone thru 1 training... and the course conducted for only 8hrs session.
For me, this kind of worth training should be made more than 1 day. The trainer has elaborated her items very well and not single second u will feel sleepy or bored. This training is about how you path your career... how u look at ur career rite now;perception, participatation, roles, ur leadership and vision of career.
It gives me lots of perspective change ...
Do u realize that source of power:- i. role / position ii. expertise iii. relationship from the 3 of these what will last long.. of course relationship last longer than expertise...
WHY??????
If u r a boss that having power due to position but lack of knowledge ur sub-ordinates would not like u at all, rite?? but if u build up ur respect from relationship + expertise then it will
Tapi bukan yg tuh interest me... yg paling BEST is WHAT IS UR PERSONALITY ???
I've done this test before but I think there's no harm for me to give it a try...
Later i discover that the 1st test I do compared to this time not much diffrent...I am WHO I am... hahhahaha...
Let me brief u that u could be
1. SANGUINE
2. CHOLERIC
3. MELANCHOLY
4. PHLEGMATIC

U could be either of that or the blend of those particles... though u r blended of those there is ONLY 1 will be major.
ME??? I am PERFECT MELANCHOLY + choleric...hehehhe... so MUCH being MELANCHOLIC person...
Melancholia was caused by an excess of black bile; hence the name, which means 'black bile' (Ancient Greek μέλας, melas, "black", + χολή, kholé, "bile"); a person whose constitution tended to have a preponderance of black bile had a melancholic disposition. ( http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Melancholia )
People from this type always wants perfection and their motto "If it is worth doing, it is worth doing it" ... huhuuhu..how melancholic babe...
Emotionally required sensitivity and supportThey also tends to be analytical, serious, talented and creative, sensitive to others conscientious and SELF SACRIFICING<-- huiyoo.... dengar tu babe, apa saja untuk mu... IF in working condition; i.scheduled oriented ii.perfectionist iii.high std iv.neat n tidy v.sees the problem--> MELANCHOLIC- "THE THINKER" ; they think then speak, good listener, closed life
Hmmm.... there are few jokes about this ...
If there is a bomb in the class room and 4 of these people in
1. the sanguine - will panick and shout all the way long....
2. the choleric will strictly says "OK LETS GET RID OFF IT" he would not do it but pointing others
3. phlegmatic will says "IS ok ... no problem, relax..."
4. MELANCHOLY will says "where is the manual, should follow manual how to get rid of it" AND.... KABOMMMM there goes melancholic and his manual ... heheheheh....

U will also be amazed that Ur partner will not be the same as Ur personality TRaits... but
IF he is .. well .. I could not say much ... tapi USUALLY the other parties will not be the same that's why u attracted to them ...
anyway .. I shall resume again about this personality traits again.. I shall put HOW U CAN KNOW UR PERSONALITY ...
till then.. I shall pen-offf....

Early medical science believed that there were four humors which combined to form the chyle (q.v.). These were divided along two physical axes: wet-dry and warm-cold. The four humors were:
blood - warm and wet; phlegm - cold and wet; choler (or yellow bile) - warm and dry; melancholy (or black bile) - cold and dry. The idea balanced against that of four elements (earth, air, fire and water) and the four seasons as below:
blood - Spring - Air
choler - Summer - Fire
melancholy - Autumn - Earth
phlegm - Winter - Water

A healthy body was thought to exhibit a mix of all four humors, with the relative strengths of each giving rise to personality and behavior. When one humor predominated, it was thought, physical or mental illness resulted.
Treatment of specific illnesses could be attempted by applying the polar opposite treatment.

A fever was warm and dry, and thus an excess of choler. Applying a cold and wet treatment such as a bath or cool towel was proscribed. A cold and its resulting phlegm were treated with warmth and dryness. Simplistic though this may seem now, it was one of the first steps towards treatment based on medical diagnosis.

As Baron Carlos' writeup points out, we still use English words today for specific states of mind that derive from these ideas: specifically Melancholy, Sanguine, Choleric and Phlegmatic.
